Lately, my daughter has this intense love/hate relationship with umbrellas. She whines for the "ubrella" every time we walk past the closet (which is a lot--it is in the living room). It was cute at first, but now that I know how much she cries if i take it away, I try not to give it to her. But sometimes I have to give in because she gets SUCH A HUGE SMILE on her face when it opens up and she just prances around with it. I am thinking of getting her a small one for Christmas so it doesn't get in the way so bad and cause her stress!
